Small business owners always have multiple projects and ideas spinning in their heads and on their desks. We are consummate multi-taskers and plate spinners!
So, when a project actually gets completed and checked off the list, it's cause for real celebration! The completion of a new website design and store is gigantic for us. Revamping and redesigning a website is like remodeling your entire house (or closet, perhaps, in our case!) All the colors, the artwork, the wording, the back end boring stuff - it all has to be rewritten and reconceived.
We find it especially exciting this year to be launching our newest website design just at the time that covid restrictions are being lifted in Oregon. This has been a roller coaster of a year, and yet our designer consignment intake has been better than ever! We're getting in amazing authentic designer labels, collectible jewelry, First Nations jewelry, designer shoes and handbags, our heads have been spinning with the treasure trove!
Whether you're a fan of just great colorful everyday wear from good designers, or you love to collect the really special designer labels, we've got you covered. For summer we have wonderful natural fiber tops, tanks and tees, shorts, cool dresses, in addition to our eye-popping genuine designer shoes and handbags.
And now HWGA is mask-optional! Feel free to stroll in without a mask (it will feel strange to all of us for awhile!) and shop in air-conditioned comfort. We're thrilled to see everyone's full faces and smiles.
We're planning a party to celebrate bidding farewell to the covid caboose. Join us on the third Thursday in July for our De-Mask-erade party! It's the return of Resale Happy Hour! We'll have masks for the upper part of your face for a change, plus refreshing beverages and snacks, just like the beforetimes. This is resale shopping and supporting local business the way it ought to be!
