That’s only natural. So, what we CAN do is provide a level of security that the recipient will be able to return the item to find something else, or get credit for a future resale shopping excursion.
So what happens when your gift is a bit off the mark? At Here We Go Again, we want you, and your recipient to be delighted so we offer our exclusive Gift Guarantee. A lot of resale shops have a no returns policy. But we take a different approach, which is why the sign behind our desk reads “All Sales Final (mostly)”. We also pride ourselves on being serious about fashion, without taking ourselves too seriously. Life is short, shopping should be fun! But even if you don’t love shopping, we can ease the pain and anxiety of finding the right gift.
How does it work? Simple, really, which is the best way. When you purchase a gift, we ring up your purchase under the recipient’s name, so a return is easy. We’ll give you a card to enclose with the gift (or give separately) telling them the deadline to return or exchange.
Sometimes, the right item isn’t there when they bring in the return. We hate that, but we have an answer for that, too. We can restore the credit for the return right onto the recipient’s account, so the next time the designer resale shopping urge strikes, the credit will be there waiting for them. Since we add new consignment items to our racks every day, there’s bound to be a perfect selection in no time.

It’s true, we receive a lot of women’s consignments that were mistake purchases, or ordered and not returned. Sometimes people just wait a little too long to send things back. It’s happened to us all.
So relax and feel confident in your purchase. Your recipient has until January 7th of 2022 to return any gift that doesn’t fit, or isn’t quite what she wants or needs.
Gifting yourself? We wouldn’t blame you a bit! When you’re in shopping for gifts for others, you’re bound to find a resale treasure or two for yourself. For personal purchases, we offer yet another reassurance - our On Approval program. Whether you want to try a designer garment on with the right shoes, see if it matches a jacket, or just change out of your sports bra for a more realistic fit, just let us know you’d like to make your purchase “On Approval”. We’ll attach a tag with instructions – bring the item back within 2 business days for refund or exchange. The tag has to remain attached of course. All you have to do is try it on at home and make sure it’s exactly as you want it to be. If not, just bring it back within the two days and we’ll refund it, no questions asked.
