Being in Oregon, we are understandably a bit proud of a hometown product like Pendleton. If you’re not familiar with the brand, let us introduce you! Pendleton has been making high-quality woolen fabrics and blankets for over 150 years. Six generations have guided this privately held company, making fun and fabulous products, not all of which go under your saddle or on your bed! Suffice it to say, they’ve been making really wonderful, wearable and durable woolen clothing for a very long time. We wouldn’t characterize Pendleton as a “designer label” but that’s probably OK with them. They don’t put on airs is what we’re saying.
This consignment women’s jacket is a beautiful green and blue plaid, also known as Tartan if you’re Scottish, or just want to be historically accurate. Note how the sleeves are cut on the bias giving this women’s resale jacket a great modern twist and adds a bit of extra flex in the elbows. Soft tie belt at the waist, fingertip length with an oversize Peter Pan collar, we can’t believe it’s New With Tags, it’s adorable!
