Wearing Suggestions: Even if you are not a collector of Northwest Native Artisan crafts, you’ll recogize this Pacific Northwest Native Artisan handcrafted bracelet as special. It would be a beautiful addition to your jewelry wardrobe. If you are a collector of Pacific Northwest wearable art, then you’ll absolutely delight at this gorgeous panel bracelet. We also recommend it as a gift for anyone you love who treasures one-of-a-kind jewelry.

Our attempts to confirm the artist, DD, whose mark is found on the backside, came to no avail. We’ve been unable to find any bracelet that has the same motifs or even resembles it. In our search, we learned of a British Columbian Northwest Native Artisan named Danny Dennis. But so far, we’ve been unable to confirm that this is his work. From what we’ve gathered searching through acres of images of Northwest Native Artisan work, this appears to be a frog & sun motif, with a man on the opposite side.

It was a struggle to look at so much jewelry, just so you know. We learned a lot about First Nations artists before we pulled ourselves back up from the rabbit hole. But that’s pretty much a typical day for us. We’re just lucky we didn’t buy 5 other Northwest Native Artisan bracelets before we came to our senses. (We have a thing for sterling bracelets.) If you don’t yet, this is a good way to get hooked at an amazing price.

Chris is a self-confessed resale fashionista. A fashion recycler from an early age, she learned the consignment business from her mother, Jan Gauger, at omt divine resale in Lincoln, Nebraska. Chris moved to Portland, Oregon in 1990 and immediately felt at home, among her people. She started Here We Go Again Deluxe Resale Boutique in 1992 and has never looked back. The second location of her store opened in 1997. Chris loves pretty much everything about clothes and fashion, but she has a serious boot and shoe addiction that is fed by the two stores. It's doubtful she will ever be recovered. In addition to clothes, Chris loves mentoring young women and teaching them about what it takes to run and manage a small business. She has employed some pretty remarkable women over the years and is grateful for all they've done to help grow Here We Go Again. She is a Hoosier by birth, but was raised in Nebraska. She has two sisters who continue to run the consignment store there, and one brother who has sense enough to stay out of the way. Her husband of twenty-seven years, is a land use planner and the fix-anything-guru that Chris relies upon more often than she'd like.
