Great detailing sets this silk blouse by BCBG MaxAzria apart from a simple black and white stripe top. The front is bias cut for a dramatic diagonal sweep. Contrasting width sleeves have a gathering band that runs down from the shoulder and  pleats them up at the elbow. Then there’s the dramatic back, with an open upper back and cowl drape.
