Favorite thing to cook or eat:
“Ok, you may need to sit down for this. What I am about to describe to you is a dream within a dream that I came up with a few years back. I call it “The Inception Roll”. First we start with a small fresh mozzarella ball. Now wrap that in some fresh basil leaves. Then I make tasty Meatball goodness and wrap that meat around the mozz and basil. Cook it up real nice in a skillet and let cool. While that’s cooling, I make a roasted garlic potato bread dough. After the first rise, you punch it down and then wrap the dough around the meatballs let rise and then bake.”
Favorite designers: Vince & Betsey Johnson
Pick one: shoes or handbag? Shoes! Preferably an oxford or edgy ankle boot
Skirt or pants? Pants, pants, pants, pants, pants! Always pants. I own only 1 skirt and 2 dresses.
Favorite fashion season: FALL! The colors, the layers, the sweaters, the cozy goodness, and wearing black doesn’t turn you into a Human Easy Bake Oven!
Favorite thing about resale: The fact that you can get high-end, designer clothing and quality items at a fraction of the price. Spend less, wear more!
Favorite consignment score: Everything I wear is resale! Though I think my favorite score would have to be when I got a pair of $325 Donald Pliner Boots for $17; I don’t know if I will ever top that.
Best Here We Go Again memory: I have so many great memories here, and every new day brings more. I can’t choose!
Crafty Talents: I love creating my own cross stitch patterns, as well as knitting, crochet, needle felting, getting red wine out of white carpet and wiggling my ears.
This Fall will mark two years since Amanda-Jean joined our close-knit crew. Time flies when you’re awesome!
